McHenry Partners utilise cloud based software systems as part of our service delivery to you. At all times, your data is under our control and we have taken all reasonable measure to protect your privacy.

McHenry Partners collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. McHenry Partners also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your postcode, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites.

All other documents produced by us in respect of this engagement will remain the property of the firm, subject to any statutory obligations. The firm has a policy of exploring a legal right of lien over any client documents in our possession in the event of a dispute.
