We advise you that by signing this letter you acknowledge that, if requested, our files relating to this engagement will be made available under these programs. The same strict confidentiality requirements apply under these programs as apply to us.

Collection of your Personal Information

McHenry Partners utilise cloud based software systems as part of our service delivery to you. At all times, your data is under our control and we have taken all reasonable measure to protect your privacy.

McHenry Partners collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. McHenry Partners also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your postcode, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites.

There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by McHenry Partners. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used by McHenry Partners for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the McHenry Partners website.

Our engagement will result in the production of Income tax returns, financial statements and any other relevant documents. Ownership of these documents will vest in you. All other documents produced by us in respect of this engagement will remain the property of the firm, subject to any statutory obligations. The firm has a policy of exploring a legal right of lien over any client documents in our possession in the event of a dispute.

Limitation of Liability
